Shipping And Handling: All HughesNet® product is delivered and installed by the assigned installer. All other merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping, handling and labor charges are non-refundable. We normally ship your order the same day it is placed. Installation:  "Free Standard Installation" applies to Lease Plans only. Your installer will be assigned based on your installation zip code. Once your order is processed you will receive an email containing the installers contact information, typically within 24 hours. If you do not receive this email please contact us at (207) 286-6393. Within 72 hours the installer will be contacting you by phone or email to get directions and arrange an installation date. Per FCC requirement all HughesNet® equipment must be delivered and installed by a trained professional. Back Orders:  If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
